Cancel Order

Order cancellation is available within 24 hours of placement.

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after they’re placed. Orders can be canceled successfully if the request is submitted before the order ships and within the eligible cancellation window specified on our website.

Return Process

  • Reach out to our customer service via the website, clearly stating the items you intend to return and the corresponding reason.
  • Once you receive our official return instructions, package the items securely using the original packaging (if available).
  • Ship the package via your local post office or a trusted courier service.
  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your package. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with the original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through our official website.
  • Returns sent without completing a formal return request will not be processed.
  • We do not offer freight collect (FTC) shipping for returned packages. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please verify the contents of your return package before mailing it. We are not liable for returning items not purchased from HOTBEARSHOES.
  • Note: Original shipping costs and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall cover the return shipping fee (the exact amount depends on the courier service you select).
  • If the issue arises from our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items received), the customer is not required to pay for return shipping.
